Kate Dery holds a Bachelor of Art Integrated Community Development Studies at the University for Development Studies, Where she gained a range of skills, knowledge and values In working with communities. Kate is a good communicator with diverse language background and communicate effectively and confidently in English, Twi, Sissali and Dagaare. she acquired Content training skills and the use of Pedagogical approach with CIKOD under the PARSAO Project now called PAMOBARMA where she used participatory learning methods such as the use of Images, Photos, video documentaries, and graphic designs to impart knowledge, skills and attitudes of Key Stakeholders with the desire to make them agents of change in their communities. In addition, she is able to use the human rights based approach to bring about change in society particularly young people by helping them identify rights violations and holding duty bearers to account. Kate is am a good team player and command interpersonal relationships especially among vulnerable people and people living in poverty.
